Yoga sculpt *Hot

The workout you’ve been looking for. Our Sculpt classes blend the best of Pilates mat work, Barre inspired movement and Yoga Sculpt, all set to an awesome playlist. These classes are designed to strengthen the core, and create lean muscle definition. Our hot classes are held in our state-of-the-art infrared studio and are heated to 32 degrees celsius.

Rebalancing

Studio director Joy Morrell teaches this fun, strong practice. Gentle on the joints, most of practice is spent supine or seated in deep, rebalancing core work. This practice identifies each of the layers of core muscle for students and conditions them. Joy’s intuitive, playful teaching style make Rebalancing our most popular class.

mellow flow

Great classes for students looking to flow without building a sweat. Mellow Flow focuses on building a strong foundation in the basic standing poses and finding strength and flexibility through simple sun salutes. These classes will leave you feeling balanced in body and mind.

Flow yoga

A flowing warm up to lead into longer holds in strong standing poses. These classes are great for the student looking to develop their practice without doing 30 chaturangas. Each class ends with a longer cool down.

Flow yoga *Warm

Expect to be inspired & to have fun in these bright, beautifully sequenced classes. Incorporating the flowing movements of sun salutations into standing poses. Our warm classes are held in our state-of-the-art infrared studio and are heated to 25 degrees celsius.

Vinyasa Flow *Hot

Ready to sweat? Ashtanga Vinyasa style flow classes. Vinyasa flow matches breathe with movement to create a strong, steamy practice. A wonderful form of moving meditation, class will leave you feeling inspired and deeply focused. Come prepared to move. Our hot classes are held in our state-of-the-art infrared studio and are heated to 32 degrees celsius.  

power *Hot

For the intermediate student. Building off of the Vinyasa Flow practice, in Power Yoga we begin to incorporate arm balances and inversions into our transitions. Our Power Vinyasa teachers have logged thousands of hours on the teachers mat. Expect a strong practice, incorporating level ll poses. Our hot classes are held in our state-of-the-art infrared studio and are heated to 32 degrees celsius.  

Warm Stretch 

New to Yoga? These classes are a great place to start. Our warm stretch classes are held in our infrared studio and heated to provide a great stretch. The infrared panels mimic the sensation of relaxing on a sunny afternoon. Deeply relaxing classes, ideal for all students regardless of flexibility. 

Yin Yoga

Ananda is sanskrit for bliss. Our Yin Yoga classes are full Ananda. Longer holds in deep stretch to gain flexibility and ease in the hips. Incorporating slow transitions and deep restorative poses to close practice, Yin is the perfect close to your day.
