Monday evenings 5:30-7:00 in February, we’re once again offering these great, highly effective fun introductory classes.

Those of you who have always wanted to learn the basic fundamentals of Yoga, now’s your chance! These classes are designed to help you build flexibility in the hips & hamstrings. You’ll begin to feel an ease in the muscles along the Spine, and all the many benefits of practicing Yoga will begin to reveal themselves. After only a few sessions students begin to feel great.
We offer this great little series in winter time, so your sports are more enjoyable, and as Spring approaches you’ll be excited to begin attending our wonderful regular scheduled classes here at Shanti Yoga with confidence and enthusiasm.
