Troy guides yoga students through a safe, effective, alignment based practice. His laid back approach allows students to fully relax and experience their yogic journey in a safe, friendly, inspired way.

Troy finds a deep spiritual connection in the mountains and forests of the Kootenays. In his search for this connection he was drawn to practice yoga about 12 years ago.

Troy has spent many years teaching fitness and activity, and spent a lot of time guiding people through the beauty of our natural environment. This passion combined with his love of yoga made it a natural progression to become a yoga teacher.
