Sarah loves playing outside, eating well, drinking lemon water and stretching every day.  As a high school Science teacher, she brings basic anatomy into each class and is always inviting students to be lifelong learners.

At Shanti Yoga Studio she teaches Power Vinyasa, Vinyasa Flow and Yin Yoga.  Her Vinyasa classes are a dynamic flow integrating breathing techniques, alignment, and core work, with exciting and creative sequencing.  Her Yin classes are blissful and rejuvenating. She is known for weaving beautiful themes into each class to invite students in deeper to their practice.
