Kelsey first stumbled across Yoga on her travels through India and Nepal. Her love of Asana practice then blossomed as she found physical and emotional empowerment within the practice. Her anatomy focused training allows her to cue proper alignment and help students reach their maximum physical success. Her creativity and energetic personality infuse her classes with joy and humour, allowing students to relax and find the melody of their own movement. She aims to create an inviting, caring space for students of all levels and inspire people to find hidden strength, grace and freedom.
