Avalon believes in the power of movement.  After her first 200 Hour Yoga Training in 2013 her love of the Asana practice blossomed as she found physical and emotional empowerment within the practice. Her teaching places an emphasis on functional movement, providing students with the tools to reach their maximum physical success. She strives to create an inviting, caring space for students of all levels and inspires people to find their inner strength and freedom in movement.
