Our New to Yoga series delights students who have not done any–or much Yoga. It’s well designed to set students well on their way to increased flexibility.
There are so many Yoga classes out there–but none really take the time to explain the whys and hows, and slow down the practice so new students can develop proper technique.
We offer this series every year, and run it for a few months straight. The best thing you can do is sign up for the month ($35 for all four classes).
